Battlefield 4's Second Assault DLC will release for PS4, PC and more very soon. The expansion DLC was already released on the Xbox One in November, where it was a paid exclusive from Microsoft. But now it will see wide availability starting on February 18 for Battlefield Premium members on PC, PS4, Xbox 360 and PS3. 

The content will come to those who are not Premium subscribers shortly thereafter, with a projected release date of March 4.

But that's not all the news for Battlefield 4 today. A second expansion called Battlefield 4 naval Strike will follow shortly after Second Assault for Premium members. The DLC will release in late March, and presumably will come to non-subscribers in April. While the contents of the DLC is not confirmed, it will focus on the game's ocean battles and synced-up waves, one of the new systems in the online series.
