No , since custom maps are made by the source engine with the portal 2 sdk , so they will be only for free on PC or you should make a xbox 360 port on pc for portal 2 maps.

Any content that Valve release's for the 360 will sadly have to be charged a fee.

Microsoft will want to profit from any DLC provided for Portal 2 on the Xbox360 so new maps will most likely cost some amount of Microsoft Points.

Want free content? Buy PC. So far Valve has never charged for DLC. Only hats in TF2 are charged.

Microsoft on the other hand will want money for it.

Microsoft forces Valve to release DLC with a price tacked on, it's why the TF2 Xbox 360 version is never updated.

Probably not, because microsoft has some kind of problem with free DLC.

Probably not, because content released on xbox must be verified my microsoft, and sadly everything costs money. At this point I'm not even sure if there will be custom maps on xbox. Valve did say that they will be releasing mod tools in the future only for the PC.

No. Any custom maps that are being created by users or by Valve are only available on the PC / Mac / PS3.

Portal 2 on 360 doesn't support custom maps.

And any official, free DLC created by Valve will have a price tag forced onto it by Microsoft.
