Goro is a non-playable boss.

 

At this time there is not known a way to unlock him.

damn true... i think it could be somethink with "hidden" cursour like it was in MK4. There was Goro behind Shinok Icon and Noob S. behind Reiko. I think here's the same way to chose them.
