TF2 the game disconnected me but i am not a cheater. HELP

theres a numer of possible reasons.

weak or slow internet. the server is on a poor connection(unlikely). some servers have admins that kick bad players. some servers auto kick high pings(meaning slow internet and your computer is too slow with talking to the server)
