if you have pre-loaded the game, then it would be wise to uninstall then reinstall due to corrupt files. It's not the fastest solution, but it's a solution.

It's because you don't have enough disk space, don't delete local content, just uninstall some other stuff (games).

not true...... I have 600 gigs of space still... just corrupted preload. Have to redownlaod

Try running steam as an administrator, worked for me!
