I keep getting Error 0008:0000 You have been disconnected from TERA?

i keep getting error 0008 when playing Tera

it says:

Error 0008-0000

you have been disconnected from Tera

This can be caused by server outages, general latency, or disruptions in your internet connectivity.

when you find out let me know :/  I also found my Windowed mode changed (so i went into options and fixed that) and my enter key for chat was acting up (so i restarted TERA for that) and that has been since the last april patch.
