So far Capcom have not announced any new DLC characters.  There will be more though!

Lots of rumors floating around for potential DLC characters, but none confirmed beyond the ones already out (Jill and Shuma-Gorath).

Can't find any news or announcements from Capcom regarding this.

Perhaps they already abandoned this game.
