Borderlands Legends launches on iOS devices today, and to celebrate the fact Gearbox released a new trailer for the game showing off the similarities and differences to the console and PC Borderlands 2, which smashed records and tossed out high powered weaponry like so much confetti earlier this year. 

Like in the console games, you'll be able to embody a Siren, Hunter, Soldier or, well, Brick. Oddly enough, the cast of the original game returns for this outing, and as far as we can tell the new classes like the Gunzerker and the Assassin are nowhere to be found. Perhaps they'll be available as a part of a later update for the title? 

Just like the core Borderlands games, you'll be running around Pandora blasting enemies and collecting tons of randomized and colored loot, but unlike before you'll be doing it all from a top-down perspective.
