The Legend Of Zelda: Majora's Mask Reboot Coming To 3DS?

Fansite Nintendo Life reports that a 3D reboot of The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask is coming to the 3DS sooner rather than later. How have they confirmed this long-rumored project? An accidental product listing on UK retailer GAME's official website, seen to the left, was posted at around 10:00 AM UK time yesterday before promptly being removed. The listing could also be found on Gamestation, GAME's sister site.
Although the listings have since been removed, that quick screen capture is all the evidence we need to place our bets in the "yeah, it's totally coming" pile. After all, ever since Ocarina of Time received the 3D treatment, rumors have been swirling regarding an upgrade to the next game in the series. 3D remakes of Star Fox and other classic Nintendo properties haven't helped stem the tide of fan anticipation.
As usual, we will bring you the latest news on the subject as it becomes available. Until then, keep your fingers crossed; if there's any game in Nintendo's Zelda pantheon that would benefit from a new lease on life, it's probably Majora's Mask.
