Microsoft E3 Press Conference 2015

Microsoft started strong by bringing out the head of 343 Industries. She introduced the 2015 briefing, talking about what is to come.
Halo 5: Guardians
This game was apparently built from the ground up to be run on the Xbox One. This game does nothing small. It all presents the large areas we know from the Halo series. You can see the Spartans interacting with the area around them without any clear scripted point. You have a squad to help out as you press on through, just as you would expect for this game. This is true for both Spartan Locke and Master Chief.
For the first time, this scale will be coming over to the multiplayer as well. Up to 24 players in a single match will be the norm. Revealed at E3 was the Warzone style of multiplayer. This mode features some of the biggest maps in the Halo Multiplayer experience.
Backward Compatibility
This was easily the biggest announcement of E3. The Xbox One will be able to support, natively, Xbox 360 games. Starting this holiday, the games will start working. Digital games will be added into the Library available on your Xbox One. Retail discs will require you to load them in and download the game before they are ready to go. All the Xbox One features will be available while running your 360 games.
Elite Controller
This controller adds a few new tweaks to the otherwise normal Xbox controller layout. This includes little changes you can make to enhance your own gaming prowess. Like Hair Trigger Locks, setting the triggers to require only a partial pull to activate. You can also swap out numerous parts on your control to change the setup of the control itself.
Recore
Next the introduced this game. With the makers of Metroid Prime and Keiji Inafune at the helm of this game, there is a lot to be excited about.
This seems to offer a world filled with mechanical threats. In the center of each is a core that controls the machine. These can be reprogrammed. With the main character gaining new allies.
Fallout 4
Fallout 4 promises to be one of the most ambitious Fallout games yet. The big announcement here is the added support of mods that will work on both PC and Xbox One. This content will be able for free on both platforms.
EA Access
EA made a little announcement. They talked about the discounts offered for this service. They are adding in Titanfall for the summer. They announced that All Gold Memers will be able to access all 12 titles in the EA Access Vault. They also announced Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2.
Forza 6
Forza has been the flagship racing series for the Xbox for a long time. It is always good to see a new entry into the series. Announced with Henry Ford III and the lead director, the game will be launching September 15, 2015.
Dark Souls 3
The world of Dark Souls has been falling away from its fire and light. Darkness and embers are coming to claim what that light once touched. The bosses and challenges are bigger and more massive than they were in previous games. It was just a trailer we were shown.
Tom Clancy's - The Division
Ubisoft have minimal details on this presentation during Microsoft's presentation. Xbox One will be getting an exclusive Beta of The Division this December. This will be a very fluid Action RPG. You will be able to level up and improve your player.
They also announced that Rainbow Six Vegas and Rainbow Six Vegas 2 will be backwards compatible on the Xbox One during the Holidays.
Microsoft followed this up by showcasing a number of indy titles that will be released in the near future. This included, Ashen, Tacoma, Beyond Eyes, and Cuphead. All of them showcase the variety and talent found in the world of indy developers. This lead to announcement of Xbox Game Preview. This allows players to gain access to titles presently under development and give feedback.
Rise of the Tomb Raider
Set for release in the Holiday Season of 2015 on November 10th. You can see the changes and level of interaction that the environment. The environment will accumulate on her. Things are much more varied and there are many more layers to everything. it is clear that this game will be building on the same Lara Croft that we followed through the events of the reboot. She has grown stronger and just been exploring the world and hunting after lost secrets.
Rare Replay
This is more a collection of games from across the history of Rare. Perfect Dark, Battletoads, Conker's Bad Fur Day, Banjo and Kazooie and so many more. This offers 30 amazing games from across the history of Rareware's history. This collection will be available August 4th, 2015. This collection is being released to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the company.
Sea of Thieves
Rare announced that they are building an open world game for everyone to come and enjoy on the Xbox One. You will be able to sail the sea. You will be both working with and fighting other players for ships and treasures.
Fable Legends
While previously announced, this remains a large title for the Xbox One. With cross platform play between the Xbox and Windows 10 PCs, it promises to be a memorable Fable title. It is set for release this holiday season. This game will be free-to-play on both platforms. All content is shared across the account for both platforms.
Oculus Rift
Microsoft recently announced their partnership with Oculus Rift. Today they announced that the Microsoft Elite Controller will be paired with the Oculus Rift at launch. This is to give gamers the best controller for the best VR system.
Microsoft HoloLens
After the announcement of the controller pairing with the Oculus Rift, they followed it up with a demo of the Microsoft HoloLens. Lydia Winters, director of Majong, with Saxs Persson, from Microsoft Studios. Working together, they demoed the interaction of Minecraft with the HoloLens. The level of interaction between the game and the HoloLens user gives an unparalleled experience. This will let players help each other in a new way. You can explore the world underneath their feet or above their heads.
Gears of War Ultimate Edition
This offers the original Gears of War game at its best. Remastered to 1080p with a solid 60 fps in Multiplayer. They have added in a lot of new content as well.
Gears 4
This showed a number of new enemies and the team-based nature of the new game. No real details about the game were given.
