Tons Of New DLC Coming For Borderlands 2

Scads of new DLC was announced for Borderlands 2 at the first-ever PAX Australia celebration during the Gearbox panel.
First off, a second level cap raise was confirmed. The new cap will be 72, and will come as a part of the 'Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2: Digistruct Peak Challenge.' The pack will cost $4.99, and will be available across PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in October. What else will be included in the pack, if anything, wasn't really specified, but the challenge will somehow feature Patricia Tannis and will allow you to square off against "high-level" enemies for greater loot. A free title update will accompany the update that will increase ammo, bank, and backpack slots.
A series of 'Headhunter' packs will also expand upon the game. Each of these will include new missions and boss encounters. Gearbox currently intends to produce two or three of these smaller, themed packs, and confirmed a boss named "Jaques O' Lantern" as the subject of the first. Perhaps expect these packs to launch around Halloween, then?
Finally, more skins and heads will launch for the game. These will include fantasy-themed outfits to go along with 'Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep.'
None of this content will be included with the original Season Pass. Gearbox is, however, holding a Community Day on September 14, so expect more news, including a potential Season Pass 2, then.
