The Winter Sale has been a big success for Valve this year - so much so, that they've decided to extend it through the upcoming weekend.
The Encore Weekend, as Valve is calling it, will highlight the sale's biggest and boldest discounts once again for all to buy. It begins at 10AM Pacific, 1PM Eastern on Saturday, January 5th, and continues through 10AM Pacific, 1PM Eastern on Monday, January 7th.
Which games will be put on sale and whether or not we can expect to be seeing any new sales has yet to be specified, but you can bet we'll have our eyes peeled.
Today's sales were intended to be the last, and include Rage at 75% off, Sleeping Dogs and it's "Nightmare in North Point" DLC at 66% off, Forge for 50% off, and Amnesia: The Dark Descent for only five bucks. The Crysis and Trine franchises have also been steeply discounted for the day.
We'll have more Steam news for you as it becomes avaialble, so stay tuned to GameShampoo for the latest.
