Dragon's Dogma Gets A Developer Diary
- 4-26-2012
- Categorized in: Video Game News
Dragon's Dogma is the product of one of the largest development teams in video game history. Developer Capcom, who recently announced that they were assigning over 600 people to work on their upcoming Resident Evil 6, has been exploiting the talents of giant teams such as this for a while now, meaning that if the size of the DD development team is really big enough to be a first for the company, there must truly be tons of staff working on the project. In the first of several developer diaries, embedded below, you will be able to meet a few of the key members of the team and see how their vision has shaped the direction of the game.
The trailer also focuses on the options available to players in the massive game. Different classes will present new and unique options during battle, while different Pawn combinations (Pawns is the game's name for AI-controlled partners) will allow you to maximize the potential of your loadouts and character builds.
Check out the trailer below for all of this and more, including glimpses of the massive creatures you'll be facing along with the titular dragon himself, and look for Dragon's Dogma to touch down on May 22nd.
