this thing shows everytime i come to the main menu in the sims 3. I have contacted , but that was no help. I have also tried uninnstalling the game several times, but it doenst help. (My game was bought online, so I downloaded it to my pc and then installed it without a cd.)

i had a terraria world but when i logged off then tried to get back on my world wasn't there. but when i go to documents then games then terraria i can see the world and it's back up, but i can't play on it. does anyone know how to fix this?
