Ok i figured it out, it turns out its not a glitch, The last one is undernearth the feeding system control panel. The thing you press, and a green canister pops up, thats where it is.

Ok, so in Pokemon White 2 (The game i play.), I located Ditto! And another Pokemon as well! In the game, you find where team Plasma's ship is sitting at. Where you finally battle Ghetsis, right? YUPP! That'd be the right place- but one problem, its all coated in ice! Once you beat Ghetsis, return to the Pokemon Center, heal up your Pokemon, Beat te E4 (Elite 4), and Champion Isis. Thats right, CHAMP ISIS!!!!! Prepare with dragon-type pokemon so you can beat her!

After that, you will enter whats called the "Hall of Fame." You will also see the Credits. Dont worry, the game will save (If yours says nothing about it saving, sorry, sit tight for the credits!) If it says would you like to save the game say yes and afterward, as it begins to show you the Credits, just turn off the game! Then, turn it back on and get your fare-well from Isis and the Elite Four!

You will return home and there your rival and his sister will give you valuable information about a Zoroark (The evolution of Zorua, whom you should have obtained in Driftveil City. Evolves at Level 30.), that is waiting for you on Victory Road. Chase this dow, and you will be lead to N's Castle. He will then battle you using only his Dragon Pokemon. (Reshiram or Zekrom).

Anyways, after that LONG detour, you will come back to find all of the ice to have been rmoved (Beating N is neccesary at some point in the game but not before ice is gone). You will be able to find wild Ditto and Metang and Delibird and many others such as Piloswine! And Solrock and Lunatone as well. Also, the most ANNOYING Pokemon OF THEM ALL, Audino. Audino appears in that rustling grass in this area, as it does in many other places as well. Clefairy is also availabe here.

Pokeballs and Items to equip yourself with if you plan to head to this area: Great Balls, Poke Balls, Master Balls (If possible). Max Revives! Repells (For getting through the rock).

Eevee Locations: Pokemon White 2

This is for the Game Pokemon White 2.

Eevee can be found in Castelia City Empty Lot. You first go into the Sewers in Castelia City, head toward the Northwest corner of the room, go up the stairs.

NOT the stairs as far as you can go, but the stairs that immediantly follow up into another passageway of stairs! This will bring you to the Castelia City Empty lot.

There will be a ring of grass, where Pokemon will be found. There will be a tree in the middle. A guy will also be there. Feel free to talk to him, he will NOT challenge you.

He says something along the lines of: "Supposedly, this is where it all satrted for Castelia City." There will be tall buisness buildings on all sides of the Empty Lot.

Eevee, in this location, may be considered rare. But, this game is quite valuable, for in some of the other games you only were given acces to one or two possible Eevees, and you would need a boy and a girl to breed more in those games.

So when you see one, dont hesitate to catch it.

NOTE: you may come upon a skitty. Catch this on eand the next few, but Eevee's are much rarer than this Pokemon!

Another location of Eevee (supposedly), is Amanita. Amanita is on the 3rd floor of a building in Castelia City.

Pokemon to come equipped with:

(Levels): 15-26.

Eevee is a normal type, so no fighting types!

to beat the masked ninja, takes persistence. many, many tries.

1) if you dont already know the level select cheat, press down and button 2 at the starting screen and the level select option should start. get straight to mission 5 part 4.

2) To see someone who has already done it, youtube how to beat the masked ninja. someone shows you how to do it there. it took him hours, and was largely luck, not skill!

3) there are 4 parts to his defences.

1) the force field.

when he jumps at you, time a ninja star to hit him just as the field goes down before he jumps again. this is pretty easy to get the hang of. if you mess up even once with this part, your pretty much finished.

2) the next defence is a cyclone with boomerange type weapons wurrounding him. hes immune to ninja stars, so best way is to approach him and crouch and kick him as he stops. if you do it right, the boomerangs wont hurt you. again, hit him 3 times to get to the next part,

3) he will jump at you and then separate into 2 or 3 or 4 more copies of himself. stay still then walk underhim at the last second and turn around and punch him before he separates. do this again and you only have to hit him twice. miss him and you have to kill all the copies and its pretty much game over.

4) the 4th form just kills you. he runs at you and it takes 2 lifes off you, then he hits you when your down and 2 more. he seems to be largely immune to stars or any weapon but kicks once again. except sometimes, if you can jump over him (which you must to survive), turn around and keep firing stars. sometimes he is down and you can get up to 4 stars to hit him and they do damage, almost seems more like a mistake in the programming than the way to kill him, but its the only way i know how. It takes about 8 times to kill him!

be prepared to spend days if not weeks trying to do this, its almost impossible. the youtube video is easy to find and much better than this description. good luck cause your gonna need it!
