Yep sure is!!

Getting around 100kB/s - started a torrent d/l at around 500kB/s - didn't slow the Tera patch d/l one bit so server end for sure.

Make sure you turn the p2p option off and restart the launcher.

That'll help a bit

this thing shows everytime i come to the main menu in the sims 3. I have contacted , but that was no help. I have also tried uninnstalling the game several times, but it doenst help. (My game was bought online, so I downloaded it to my pc and then installed it without a cd.)
