Our prize is an Ancient Tablet, written before the Convocation. Ethians used to etch their spells upon stone tablets, and the lengths to which this one was hidden means it's important. Use the Rock Acid on the Encased Tablet to free it from its stony vault.
Amazing! The tablet tells of a mage named Enkanen who didn't trust the Convocation his king had planned. He created a protective device, but died before finishing. My guess is that his students were only partially shielded when the Convocation hit, and were mutated into the Enkarus we see today!
