This dispatch confirms that the Aelfwar are utilizing planar life-magic to increase their power, using something called Faetouched Shards. I need some of these items to get a better idea of what Hylas is plotting. By the Vigil, I hope I'm wrong about this.
These Faetouched Shards do indeed seem to be artifacts of Greenscale, the dragon of the wild Plane of Life. However, my knowledge on this subject is limited, and I can't be sure that they are the true source of House Aelfwar's power.
To reveal more about the Aelfwar's newfound planar power, I need to examine Faetouched Shards. You can probably take them from the Aelfwar that patrol all along the Silver Coast.
