Anytime during game play (except in the mansion) First, draw your weapon, next hold Shift and take a step back, hold Shift then step forward, crouch down and stand up, then turn around three times, and finally jump backwards. You get all weapons and ammunition.

Don't take pistols out. Take one step back then forward. Crouch then stand. Spin around three times and then jump forward or backward. If you did it right she will blow up and you will have to restart.
