It is important to finish the code before the "Capcom" logo fades. If you've entered the code correctly you'll hear a tone, and the background of the Title screen will be blue instead of black. If the code fails to work, press Reset and try again.
Street Fighter II NES/SNES/N64 Character Profiles Turn on the game and wait until you see the first profile of a fighter. On Controller 2, hold the L and R Buttons for as long as you would like to look at the profiles.
Street Fighter II NES/SNES/N64 Basic Mode Enter and exit the "Option Mode" 27 times by pressing Start, and then choose a fighter. This code does nothing for you, it gives you no advantage nor any extra options. What it does do is take the power meters off the top of the screen, scramble some graphics, and take away the sound. You play the game until one fighter is defeated and the game stops there.
Street Fighter II NES/SNES/N64 Twin Fighters To play any fighter against the same fighter, with the second player being CPU controlled: 1. Write down the names of three different fighters with 2 being the one you wish to fight with and against. Label them fighters 1, 2, and 3. 2. Start a match with Fighter 1 and lose. Continue, choose Fighter 2, and lose once again. Note: if your first match is Fighter 1 vs. Fighter 2, hit Reset and try the code again with a different Fighter 1. 3. Continue again, choose Fighter 3, and just as the match begins, press Start on Controller 2. 4. With Controller 2, choose one of the five remaining fighters and let the "Controller 1 Fighter" win. 5. Repeat Step 4 until you reach Fighter 2's home stage. 6. At this stage, let the clock run out on all four rounds. When Player 1 loses, continue, and choose Fighter 2. You should then enter a match with Fighter 2 VS. a CPU controlled Fighter 2.
