Balrog's Charge Punch |
Go to the options screen and configure your controller so that only one Punch button is active. When fighting as Balrog, you only have to charge one button to do his turn punch.

Level skip |
Press Start on controller two when you are about to fight the first opponent in a one player game. The message "A New Challenger Is Approaching!" will appear. Have player two choose the character that you would have fought. Defeat him and the game it will count the victory as if you defeated the CPU. This can be repeated throughout the entire game.

If you get a perfect on a normal player (or Bosses on the updates) you will get 30,000 points. If you get a perfect on the CPU Boss, you will get 50,000 points. If you get a perfect on M. Bison (CPU) you will get 80,000 points.

Skip Characters |
If someone (Dhalsim maybe) keeps beating you select a strong player at the start of the game.
Then once you've beaten the character that you usually can't beat let the person after that defeat you to get to the player selection screen. Don't press [Spacebar] but with the cursor keys select the player that you can't complete the game with.
You can now finish off the rest of the characters and complete the game. |
