Search the floor around the table in first person mode until you find scratches on the floor, then press A. Ryo will push the desk away, revealing a hollow spot in the wall. Ryo will need something to break open the wall. Get the ax at the end of the room and use that to break open the wall. You will find the Phoenix mirror behind the wall.
