  Q*bert Any Playing Tip If you time it carefully, you can jump right through coily or a red ball; jump toward the square something is on just as it's about to move toward you (this is easiest just as coily coils to spring). Once you get the timing down, it becomes difficult to actually die.
  Q*bert Any Free Points Jump to the top of the pyramid. When Coily's on one of the cubes below you and ready to pounce, jump up-right off the pyramid. Coily will follow you, you'll get the points for killing him, and you won't lose your life!!! With this trick you could potentially reset the score counter without ever leaving the first pyramid.
  Q*bert Any Hidden Text If you place your Q*bert DC disc in to a PC_CDROM you will have access to two strange text messages.
  Q*Bert Atari 2600 Extra points Jump to the top of the pyramid then wait for Coily to jump to one of the cubes directly below. Press Up/Right to jump off the pyramid just when he is ready to jump to your cube. Coily will also jump off and points will be awarded. However, Q*bert will not lose a life.
  Q*Bert Atari 2600 Jump through enemies With careful timing it is possible to jump through Coily or a Red Ball and land on the cube that your opponent previously occupied. This must be done just as your opponent is about to jump to your current location.
