Hold Up + Select + A + B and press Start at the title screen. Hold Right and press Start the same number of times as levels to skip when the phrase "Round 1" appears.

No Boss
Place the monk in front at the end of the level. Press A + B to execute the special move when the Boss' music begins to play. The monk and Boss will disappear.
