Soulcage (Lifa Tree) Battle Tactics |
Soulcage is a powerful enemy with 9765 HP/862 MP and no weakness. Equip everyone with Body Temp because he does Mustard Bomb which causes heat. Equip Auto-Potion and have Eiko's Auto-Regen ability. Use Carbuncle to cast reflect on the entire party or use Fenrir. Summon Phoenix to revive party members; also causes damage to Soulcage, and have Vivi cast Bio. Things to steal are Brigandine(hardest),Magician Cloak, and Oak Staff. He gives 9 AP after the battle.
*Hint: If you want to kill him fast, cast life on him because he is undead, and this is a way to kill other undead monsters. |

anytime during any battle press Triangle, Circle, Up, Right, Down. Your Characters should turn green and appear to be going into Trance, But instead they will beinvinable to all attacks eccept for Status Changes. |

Ultima Weapon |
To find Zidane's ultimate weapon raise a chocobo so that it has the ocean ability and make sure you have dead pepper. After Shimmering Island is destroyed, take your chocobo to where the island used to be, used a dead pepper, your chocobo will find the Ultima weapon, Invincible card, and the Maxmillian(armor). The has 100 attack points! |

Alternate Ending |
You have to finish the Stellazzio (Zodiac) Quest and keep "Shina's Hammer", which you find in the room after fighting Lich on disk #4. Don't lose, use, or sell/combine the hammer. It has to be present in your inventory for you to get the alternate ending. |

Coffee Quest |
Give the guy at the Watchtower in Dali the three coffee beans he wants and he will give you the Prima Vista figurine.
Here is where you find the beans:
Pass near the Chocobo Forest, around the right side of the screen.
In the Madain Sari kitchen
Disc 3, before finishing the Card Game (While you're waiting for King Cid) head to Dali and check the Chief's hut for a key to the previously locked door inside the windmill. |

Final Boss NECRON |
At times this will be a nightmare, but others, it will be as easy as pie. start off by casting Quina Quen's Mighty Guard. Then have either Eiko or Dagger(whoever's on your team) cast regen on your entire party. Use Zidane to attack and Stiener to use his Stock break ability. If you have Amorant' then throw your most powerful weapons at the beast, Freyer: Jump or Dragons Crest or Vivi: his most powerful spells. Keep pummelling it and if your VERY lucky it won't use it's most powerful attack, Grand Cross, often. This move takes about 3500HP from all of your players but gives every bad status in the book,becha ya didn' see dat comin did ya. |

Easy Way To Beat Solcage |
Have Eiko or Garnet(Aka,Dagger) Use life on Solcage. Keep on using it. Let other party members use their BEST attacks.
(Dies faster When You Use Both Garnet and Eiko and let them cast life every round). |
