its just your usual movement controls once you get in, on any vehicle you enter just make sure you get in the drivers seat and not the passengers

wtf? no the controls are not the same I can't figure it out either and can't find anything on it but the controls ARE NOT the same. Any movement of the control stick changes what position you are in the car, and it doesn't MOVE when you press any buttons, so what does what when you control it? Sorry about the rudeness I'm just very frustrated as this is the closest thing to an answer I've found. I can't find anything on it at all.

Dont know if you got the answer yet but I had the same problem.Youre sitting in the passenger seat{left}.Its a country there that has steering wheel on right side in vehicle.Then hit the top buttons to move it.
