I did the following and in the end it worked for me hope it works for you:

1) Updated graphic drivers on my nvidia card to latest drivers

2) Uninstalled game

3) Disabled Antivirus

4) Installed Game Again

5) Enabled antivifue

now i am no longer getting the crash

ummm...what the heck is "antivifue"...never heard of it, and googling the tem doesn't provide any answers.
sry i meant "antivirus" lol
replying to a guy who said what the heak is antivifue..

use comon sence if you have one :ppp

for those who didn't get the solution, I have one option to solve this problem.

first, you must go to the installation folder, then select the binaries folder and push right buttom and select properties, then go to the security option and set all the rights open for all users, system and admin. that will let the game acces game without crashes. this worked for me, I hope works for you.
