You should rub deep heat or Bengay on your sore bits. Just not your balls. Cause that burns.

exercise your wrists, sounds lame, but it helps.

use a stress ball or one of those hand clamps with a spring.

other then that, make sure to take breaks often.

You might want to look into changing where you are gaming.  If your chair isn't even with your desk, it could possibly lead to long term effects or pain.

Taking a few more breaks than usual and before it starts hurting could also prevent some of the cramping.

I force myself to take more breaks. Despite the fact that we spend much of our day with our wrists turned so our hands are horizontal, it's an unnatural position.

At the very least, get up and go do something else for 15minutes, or so, every couple of hours. You'll notice a huge decrease in cramps.

Also, have a Y chromosome since women are more prone to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

The best thing you can do is just take a break every so often.

You can avoid getting cramps by playing in a more comfortable position and stretching before and during long gaming sessions. THis helps relax your tendons and muscles so they won't stiffen up too much during play.
