IMO for PC/MAC. Because you can play with PC/MAC players and PS3 (cross-multiplayer), but not with Xbox360. Also graphics on PC/MAC is better (if you have good PC/MAC)

Portal 2 is definitely better on PC. It supports cross platform play with PS3, access to updates instantly once they're released, as well as mods.

Xbox 360 version is just Portal 2, and the updates are going to take weeks to reach you once they're release. There is also be no mod support, or cross platform compatibility.

Also, should Valve release free DLC, Microsoft will force them to put a price tag on it for 360 users. For PC users, if it's supposed to be free, then it will be free.

I'd have to say PC because PC controls are easier to coordinate than a controller

I guess it depends on your PC, if you have a slow pc, althought valve makes games so they can be played even on old pc's, you might want to get it for the console, since game developers always make the games run on the consoles.

If your PC meets the required specifications, then I would say the PC version is better for you. The graphics are better, controls are more precise, and you gain the ability to cross platform.

Definetly for the computer. For one if theirs DLC you get it for free because it uses Steam.

PC of course. You get mouse and KB usage and it is cross platform compatible with PS3.

For xbox, you can only play with xbox owners.

pc version is better cause the xbox controller makes it hard to turn fast and react even faster.

Get this game for the pc since , it will have a SDK released soon , also you could use them to create your own maps / mods.

also you can upgrade your pc to get better graphics then on xbox.

It all depends on the type of system you prefer to play games on. Portal 2 for the PC contains the benefits of Steam, which provides free updates to the game and multiple control options, as well as graphical adjustments/enhancements. However, you would need a computer that can run the game smoothly. The console versions are limited to their hardware, but do not require any upgrades to run the game smoothly. The PC version is "better" for those who already own a computer with the required specifications to run the game.

The PC/Mac version of Portal 2 comes with cross-platform compatability with PS3, mod support, free DLC, and instant updates the minute Valve releases them.

The Xbox360 version comes with all of the same features as the original game but is limited to no mod support, usually slightly late updates, and the DLC will cost money.

In my opinion the computer version is quite a bit better in terms of extra features, but if you are just relying on the playing the game once then either version is fine.
