What should I do to challenge the jealous warlock to a duel?????

Question

The patch is supposed to allow the jealous warlock to duel, but the option never comes up.  I only see the duel option grayed out when I send the warlock to the stocks, and by then it's too late!

So, resaved the game and let her have the baby waited until baby had grown to a girl, then I was able to complete the quest...

I sent him to the stocks but he never went does that effect it or not?
