It's not really a cheat, but when you press F5, you go into third person view.

 

You can also press F3 to toggle debug mode and F11 to go full screen.

F5 3rd person mode is pretty useful.

Not a cheat, silly. F5 goes into third person, and F1 goes into screenshot mode.

If you press F1 (Screenshot Mode, removes the UI) and F5 (Third Person Mode) together, you can obtain a great view of your surroundings, however, there is no real way to zoom out in Minecraft.
