I would say do it at the same time as the research assistant's quests: Can We Really Do This?, Escape Plan, and Erasing the Trace. Both Escape Plan and Erasing the Trace require you to kill lots and lots of Security Systems. I had to kill about 400 of those buggers whilst doing this set of quests and my battery is now half-full.^^ Activate this quest first and have the battery in your inventory, then go and do quests where you have to kill lots of monsters. Also, don't try and fill it up all at once. Take lots of breaks, because otherwise, it can get very repetitive and discouraging.
