what do I do for Dances with Andras! quest Job MapleStory?

You must complete a quest (idk the name) that u talk to chief stan then talk to Luke (the guard u see at six path cross away the one at the portal to sleepy wood)and complete the quest.then u talk to dances with barlog (the job instructer)and u get the quest.If not then it means u have to do this quest that u talk to chief stan then talk to silence of the wolf then ur done.IDK weather this is correct as I saw it on a website and I have not tried it yet.
