How do you redeem DLC codes on the PS3?

go to account management, select the "Redeem Codes" button. Type the code into the box

Under the Network tab, go to "Account Management" and then go to Redeem code.

Go to Account Management, then select Redeem Codes. Enter your code there.

On the xmb, go to the account management, redeem codes.  Another way is to go to the store, then next to the cart should be a icon for redeeming codes.
