Press Guide Button on the Far Left there will be an option to redeem code

Hit the green xbox button in the middle of your controller.

Scroll left until an option to 'Redeem Code' appears (you must be signed into an xbox account to do this)

Enter your code, then enjoy your DLC.

NB: codes are NOT case-sensitive, so don't worry about upper-case/lower-case characters.

Press your controllers middle button, scroll to the far left side and scroll down to the redeem code, then either type the code in with the onscreen keyboard, or plug a USB keyboard in to speed things up a little.
