How do I unlock all the reports in Dissidia 012 Duodecim?

You can unlock all the reports by completing the story missions. There are also some that need a video to be played to unlock, these videos can be watched by pressing the square button while highlighting a word that is in aqua-coloured letters in one of the reports.
