For the SNES, here are the extent of the cheats in this game:

To open the Options menu, hold start + select + L + R for 5 seconds on teh game over screen.

Play as Anti-flash:  Press L or R when selecting the Flash

Play as cyborg batman:  Press L or R when selecting Batman

Play as evil wonder woman: Press L or R when selecting Wonder Woman

 Play as evil superman: Press L or R when selecting Superman

Alternate colors for the rest of the characters: press L or R when selecting a character
