After talking to Marshall Kain, you need to enter the Auld Warden and retrieve a few items: Cracked Gem Mount, Tarnished Heavy Chain, and Broken Clasp. After finding these items you need to return to Marshall Kain at Kain's Command in the Scarwood Reach zone to complete the quest.
