You get a unique blue rarity, talking sniper rifle called "Morningstar"  It annoys the crap out you by nagging at you in a whiny voice every time you reload, kill an enemy, get a critical hit OR swap weapons.  Here's the weapon info.  Red Text- "A Rose by any other name..", Increased damage.  Adds a short lived 20% critical hit bonus for each consecutive critical hit.. In my personal opinion, its totally not worth it, there are plenty of other great, and better sniper rifles, and THEY don't bug the hell out of you while you're tryin to handle business.
