Where can I get the candle in the Legend of Zelda 2?

Its in a cave/dungeon full of knights. They r wearing red armour and you take an elevator down. just setting the scene. Go to the right and go to the next elevator you see. Go down and go left of the elevator (only way to go) and keep going through enemies. After a while, you should end up in front of a locked door get through and you will find the candle in the next room.
