Portal 2 is going to be on the PS3, and it will include a PC version that you can redeem through Steam.

The PS3 version actually supports cross-platform multiplayer between PS3 and PC players. It also has a built in cloud storage system, so the saves created on the PS3 will be available on your PC copy, and vice versa.
