this depends on if you have internet with a reasonable upload speed or not.

as well as some ISPs state in your terms and conditions of the service, that the connection can not be used to host servers, in which case they will shut you down for it.

if theres no problem there then you can host one for free at home, though theres the cost of electricity for the server to keep runing.
