quest Victory From Within wow how do you open portals within Library Wing and hall of arms?

eastern kingdoms, eastern plaguelands, tyr's hand, from where you first walk into the area, go straight past water fountain & into building, go right & straight & you'll find a portal to click on to open then you find the other portal & do the same.
