when i log in minecraft, it says NOT DOWNLOADED

You should try it again on a different computer, or go to the Download link (Right next to the In Browser link), and log in. Once you do, you can force an update, and Minecraft SHOULD but is not guaranteed to work. If it doesn't your computer MAY need an updated driver, or you may have to update some of the hardware. If you have Windows 7, then it may never work, because Java won't run. Either that, or your computer is screwed up.
