terraria why arent any npcs moving into my appartment

For an NPC to move into a room there has to be:

Chair

Table

Door

Walls

Floor

Ceiling

Back Walls

1 Light source

Comments

You dont have to have most of that stuff u only need 4 items:
-table
-chair
-torch/light source
-door
the others are optional like the back walls but zombies will spawn in at night and u dont need to be so specific just say enclosed room
