how can i climb up vines and keep yoshi super mario world

Unfortunately, you can't climb up vines with Yoshi. He has little arms and can't climb up the vines with you. :( You can just jump off from him and leave him in a safe spot, climb the vine to do whatever you have to do, then come back and get him. That's what I always did when playing the game.

Well you all have no idea what you're talking about, You actually can pack yoshi up the vine it's a glitch, But figuring that part out is the hard part.. I know it can be done, I've done it myself numerous times just not really sure how it happened but it did happen, Once I figure out the glitch again ill be sure to post an update.
