No, unfortunately you cannot dye or remodel your wings. The only way to change how they look is to acquire more. And there are only a handful of wings in the game, most of which you'll never see due to the price from the vendor.

It should also be said that wings do not have a preview mode like all other equipment does, so if you're looking for new wings I'd use aionarmory or aiondatabase to view the 3D model and maybe screenshots before investing in them.
