In your question, you didn't really specify what you needed help with. Though most of Duke Nukem Forever is pretty linear, Vegas in Ruin is even more linear than average. Just walk down the street killing any aliens you find, then jump down into the crater, kill some more aliens, and kill the boss. For more info, read this Vegas in Ruin Walkthrough.
