After you jump down into the crater, there are some soldiers to your left. Behind them is a large crate that has an RPG and an ammo box that will give you infinite re-supplies. When the boss comes out, shoot him with the RPG and hide behind the rock pillar in center of the crater when you're not shooting at him. For more info, read this Vegas in Ruin Walkthrough.
