you have to use cyborg to cut the lock, pull the magnet and pull the handle dow stairs

Afetr completing story mode and acquiring Cyborg, do the level in free mode. Bust the gold lock on the "wardrobe" room, go to the far right and magnatize the blue items on the wall self. They fall and bust the floor and you can run under the floors all the way to the right to the organ room ladder.
